Terms of Service

This is a template Terms of Service for Air Coalesce and will be replaced with a reviewed version before public launch. By using Air Coalesce, you agree to these terms.

The service

Air Coalesce helps you combine spreadsheet files and ask questions across them. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results from AI-assisted detection and merging should be reviewed before you rely on them.

Acceptable use

You must not upload PHI, PCI, Social Security numbers, or other regulated data. You are responsible for the data you upload and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The Pro plan renews monthly until cancelled; one-off transformations are charged per use. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Coalesce is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
