Privacy Policy

This is a template privacy policy for Air Coalesce and will be replaced with a reviewed version before public launch. It describes our intended handling of your data.

What we process in your browser

Your uploaded files are parsed and joined locally in your browser using DuckDB-WASM. The full contents of your files are not uploaded to our servers as part of the core merge flow.

What we store

We store your account email, file metadata (filenames, column names, row counts), and your confirmed join mappings so they can be reused. We do not store the row-level contents of your files.

What we send to AI providers

To detect primary keys and join relationships, we send column headers and a small sample (up to the first 20 rows) of each file, along with your questions, to our AI provider (Anthropic). We do not send your full dataset.

Regulated data

Do not upload PHI, PCI, Social Security numbers, or other regulated data to Air Coalesce. The service is not designed or certified for regulated data and you are responsible for what you upload.
